How do I request a quote?

How long does printing take?
Most orders are processed withing 1-3 business days. Timing can vary based on the product, quantity, finishing requirements, artwork readiness, current workload, and season.
Can you handle rush orders?
Rush availability depends on the project and current production schedule. Please email info@EMIprinting.com or call 985-400-8455 for urgent requests before placing an order.
When does production begin?
Production generally begins after artwork is approved and payment requirements have been completed. Orders needing design work, file corrections, or proof approval may require additional time.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
Proof availability depends on the product and project. If you would like to review a proof before production, request one when submitting your order or quote request.
What file types do you accept?
PDF files are preferred for print-ready artwork. We may also accept JPG, PNG, DOCX, and other comment formats depending on the project.
What is a print-ready file?
A print-ready file is a final design that is sized correctly, uses high-resolution images, includes any necessary bleed, and is ready for production without edits.
What resolution should my images be?
For best print quality, use images that are at least 300 DPI at their final printed size.
Do I need to include a bleed?
Bleed may be needed for designs with colors, photos, or graphics that extend to the edge of the finished piece. If you are unsure, submit your file and let us know if you would like us to review it.
Can EMI Printing fix my file?
Yes. Minor adjustments may be available, and more involved design or file-preparation work can be quoted separately.
